Accessibility statement
We strive to make our website and services as accessible as possible for users with a disability. In the development and management of our platform, we take into account internationally recognised standards and guidelines for digital accessibility, including WCAG 2.1 level AA, the accessibility requirements of EN 301 549 and, where relevant, the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Website compatibility
Our website is developed with support for common assistive tools and accessibility technologies. These include screen readers, speech recognition software and navigation via the keyboard. When making technical changes, we take compatibility with current and future assistive technologies into account where possible.
Accessible content
We strive for text alternatives for relevant non-text content and a clear structure for pages, navigation and links. In addition, we take readability, text size and sufficient contrast into account. In visual and interactive components, we try to avoid elements that can cause accessibility problems for certain users.
Review of the user experience
The accessibility of our website and user interface is checked periodically with manual and automated tests. Assistive technologies may also be used in the process. When an accessibility problem is identified, we try to assess it within a reasonable time and correct it where possible.
Feedback and reports
Users who experience accessibility problems, want to suggest improvements or have specific accessibility requests can contact our customer service via support@rain-bet.nl. Where possible, mention the page in question, the function and a short description of the problem, so the report can be investigated in a targeted way.
Although we continuously work on improving digital accessibility, certain parts of the platform may still contain limitations. Existing functions and new changes are therefore reassessed where needed.
